What she does
What she takes off your plate
Regular upkeep, a one-off reset, a weekend spent making the garage usable again, or a standing monthly arrangement for whatever the house needs that month. All billed by the hour, so you only pay for the work the house actually needs.
Recurring house cleaning
Weekly, biweekly or monthly visits working from a checklist you help build — cleaning, laundry and the dishes included if you want them.
What it coversDeep cleaning
A top-to-bottom reset that gets inside the oven and fridge, into the grout, and behind the furniture.
What it coversMove-in and move-out cleaning
Empty-house cleaning for possession day — inside every cupboard, closet and appliance, nothing left behind.
What it coversHome organization
Closets, pantries, garages and paperwork sorted into a system that still works three months later.
What it coversPost-renovation cleaning
Construction dust is a different problem than household dust. This is the clean that actually ends a renovation.
What it coversAirbnb and rental turnovers
Same-day changeovers with linens, restocking and a photo check so the next guest walks into a five-star review.
What it coversCustom and monthly help
A standing arrangement for whatever the house needs that month, rather than a fixed list of rooms.
What it covers
Why this and not a franchise
Run by the owner, not by a dispatcher
Franchises send whoever is on the schedule that week. That is why the first clean is great and the fourth one is not.
Owned and operated
You are not handed off to whoever is on the schedule this week. Stephanie quotes the work, runs it and answers for how it turns out, which is why the standard holds from one visit to the next.
Everything inside the home
Cleaning, organizing, laundry, the dishes, the jobs that never make it onto a list. Most companies do one narrow thing and leave the rest for you. If the pantry needs sorting before it can be cleaned properly, that happens in the same booking.
An hour range before you commit
You get an estimate up front, not a surprise invoice. If the job runs shorter than expected, you pay for the shorter job.

Before and after
Drag the handle and see for yourself
Real jobs, photographed before and after. Baked-on hood grease, stained grout and hard water on matte black fixtures — the things a quick tidy never touches.
Range hood with grease-clogged brown filters before a deep cleanBeforeAfterRange hood filters, in place
Grease sets hard in a hood filter and a wipe-over does nothing. These came out, went through a hot degreasing soak, and went back.
White tile wall with brown staining in the grout lines during cleaningBeforeAfterGrout lines on white tile
Grout stains from the edges in, so it reads as dirty long before the tile does. Scrubbed line by line rather than mopped over.
How it works
Four steps, no sales call
Nobody is going to sit in your kitchen with a clipboard talking about packages.
- 01
Tell her about the house
Fill in the quote form or call. Rooms, bathrooms, roughly what you want done, and whether this is a one-off or a regular thing. Photos help and are not required.
- 02
Get an hour range, in writing
A short walkthrough or a look at your photos, then an estimate of how many hours the job takes at $35–$40 per hour. Nothing is booked until you have the number.
- 03
Pick a day that works
Choose the slot, and decide how she gets in — you home, a key, a lockbox, a garage code. Recurring clients keep the same day and time.
- 04
The work gets done, you check it
Same checklist every visit so nothing slips. Anything that needs your attention gets noted. If something is not right, say so and it gets put right.
Pricing
$35–$40 an hour, and you know the hours first
Maintenance cleaning sits at the lower end. Deep cleans, post-renovation work and organizing sessions sit at the upper end, because they are slower and harder on supplies. Either way the hour range is agreed before anything is booked, and if the job runs short you pay for the shorter job.

Questions
The things people ask first
If yours is not here, call and ask.
How much does cleaning cost?
$35–$40 per hour, depending on the type of work. Regular maintenance cleaning sits at the lower end. Deep cleans, post-renovation work and organizing sessions sit at the upper end because they are slower and harder on supplies. You get an hour range in writing before anything is booked.
Why hourly instead of a flat rate per house?
Because a flat rate only works if every house is the same, and they are not. Hourly means you are not subsidising someone else’s larger home, and it means Stephanie is not rushing the last two rooms to protect a quote she got wrong. The hour range is agreed up front, so you still know what to expect.
What areas do you cover?
White Rock and South Surrey, plus the surrounding Semiahmoo Peninsula. No travel charge inside those areas. If you are a little further out, call and ask — it depends on the day.
Who actually shows up at my house?
Stephanie Wideski does. She owns and operates the business, so the person who quotes your home is the person running the work and answering for it. On larger jobs she occasionally brings a second pair of hands, and you will know in advance who that is.
Do you bring your own supplies and equipment?
Yes, everything comes with her, including a vacuum. If you would rather she used your products — a specific floor cleaner, something for a sensitivity in the house, anything for a pet — leave it out and that is what gets used.
Do I need to be home?
No. Most clients are at work. A key, a lockbox code or a garage code all work fine, and whatever you choose is agreed in writing before the first visit.
